Cancellation and Refund Policy for Parents – Counseling Sessions

24-Hour Notice: Parents may cancel a scheduled counseling session with at least 24 hours’ notice. If the cancellation is made within this timeframe, 100% of the session fee will be refunded without any deductions.

Last-Minute Cancellations:

12 hours before the session: 50% of the session fee will be refunded.
6 hours before the session: Only 21% of the session fee will be refunded.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days. Any transfer charges will be the responsibility of the parents.

Cancellation: Parents may cancel a pre-scheduled regular class session up to 24 hours before the session start time. The session can be rescheduled with mutual consent between the parents and Shikshapth.

Non-Refundable Fee: The fee for regular classes after admission is non-refundable.

Fee Transfer: The paid fee can be transferred to another course offered by Shikshapth,in case of any challange faxed by students Teachers or parents but no refunds will be provided.
